Judco is proud to announce our recent certification for ISO-9001:2000 

ISO stands for International Organization for Standardization. An ISO 9001:2000 Certificate shows a commitment to quality management practices. We have been certified to the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2000 with respect to the management system governing the manufacture of products we provide to our customers. In addition to the ISO 9001:2000 requirements, we remain compliant to TS 16949:2002 standards. This includes all key elements that are required for us to engage in business with our automotive customers.

ISO 9001 defines, validates, and measures compliance on approximately 20 work processes at Judco Manufacturing. Some examples of approved work processes include engineering, design, project management, production documentation, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and safety. To achieve ISO 9001 certification, Judco redefined and documented "best practices" to be followed with all of our work processes in order to become more efficient and responsive in achieving our end goal, guaranteed customer satisfaction.

This certification further strengthens our commitment to continuously improve our products and services in order to exceed our customers' expectations.

 

We have recently added 5 all new high speed machines to our full service wire processing department.  The new Komax 333 machines cut, strip, and terminate wire at a 60% increase in speed.  This will decrease the standard lead time for harnesses as well as most switch products.
